The Home Equity Loan 

Bremen Financial is the best home equity lender you will find.  This program is designed for a wide range of borrowers.  Those with good credit can borrow up to 100% of the value of their home.  Those will credit difficulty can still qualify for a reduced loan amount. The rate is determined by credit, equity and ability to repay the debt.  Our interest rates are the most competitive for all  borrowers. 

Guidelines:

Subject to Credit Approval
Purpose: Home improvement, consolidation, cash
Minimum Loan: $10,000
Property: Single-family, 2-4 unit and condos
Terms: 5 to 20 years

Minimum Requirements: 
Mortgage verification, appraisal, title search, proof of income and proof of insurance.  Your total payments can not exceed 50% of your gross monthly income.
